The pro-Palestinian Hind Rajab Foundation filed a complaint with the US Department of Justice on October 19 calling for the arrest of an Israeli citizen allegedly present in the United States, accusing him of possible responsibility for the death of Gazan girl Hind Rajab. The complaint is the latest in a series of international legal actions targeting individual Israeli military personnel over conduct during the Gaza war.
