Wales boss Steve Tandy said he believes veteran forward Taulupe Faletau remains a contender for a fourth World Cup despite the player missing out on the squad for the November Nations Championship Tests, for which uncapped Dragons backs Aneurin Owen and Che Hope were called up instead.
