'Golden Bachelor' stars Mel Owens and Peg Munson have ended their relationship, Peg announced via Instagram Wednesday, October 21, 2026, saying she made the 'difficult decision to step away.' The pair had formed their connection during season two of the show, which aired from September to November 2025. Munson said that 'even when there's love, it just doesn't turn out the way we hoped,' closing the chapter on one of the season's central relationships after Owens had chosen her over runner-up Cindy Cullers in the finale.
