Xbox is reportedly preparing three additional rounds of layoffs as part of CEO Asha Sharma's effort to reset the business, with the first wave expected this month, a second in November and a third in January 2027. The cuts would add to a series of restructuring moves already made at the Microsoft gaming division this year.
