Ukraine's human rights ombudsman documented inadequate living conditions, including men being kept in basements and behind bars, at the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center in Odesa region. The findings came from a monitoring visit and add to scrutiny of conditions at Ukrainian military recruitment centers amid ongoing mobilization efforts.
