A Russian drone struck the city of Chortkiv in Ternopil Oblast on the afternoon of October 21, injuring an adult woman and three children, two of whom were hospitalized. Ukrinform later reported the injury toll had risen to four. Ukrainska Pravda separately confirmed the strike and casualty figures.
