Blizzard announced on October 22, 2026 that World of Warcraft: Forever will launch with a fourth server ruleset, role-playing-PvP, with name reservations opening October 27, joining existing PvE, PvP, and roleplaying options, while a Hardcore permadeath server is planned before spring 2027.
