Russian forces dropped three FAB-250 aerial bombs on a residential area of Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast on October 23, 2026, killing one person, injuring six others including three children, and damaging 27 houses. Russian forces also struck Sloviansk with high-explosive bombs, damaging residential, administrative and educational buildings and wounding at least two people, while separate attacks across three Ukrainian oblasts that day killed two people and injured 27 others.
