Serbian President Vucic conceded defeat to a student-led movement, a seismic political shift in the Balkan country. PBS NewsHour reported that Vucic, who had been endorsed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, had governed with virtually absolute power for 14 years. Vucic had denounced the student movement as a foreign-led attempt to unseat him before the concession.
