A fire started by Israeli quadcopter drones destroyed tents in Gaza City's Shujayea neighbourhood, leaving about 800 Palestinians displaced. The Palestinian Public Works Ministry said the blaze began around 8pm local time on Sunday and burned past midnight, consuming shelters housing mainly women, children and elderly people. The ministry said the drones ignited the fire, and the incident adds to the humanitarian strain on displaced families in the city.
