Israeli strikes killed at least eight Palestinians in Gaza on October 25, including three at the Islamic University in Gaza City, despite the ceasefire. The military said it diverted the strike after bystanders were identified and that the incident was under review. Other strikes hit Khan Younis, al-Mawasi and east of Deir al-Balah. The university suspended in-person classes for the week. Haaretz noted that Israeli fire has killed 1,554 Palestinians since the truce began last October.
