Top officials from the Mecca Pact countries are to meet Iranian officials in Tehran on Monday to discuss regional coordination, Reuters reported citing two sources. Saudi Defence Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman, Pakistan's army chief Asim Munir and Turkey's intelligence head are expected to attend. Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Egypt also signed a statement blaming Israel for instability.
