A new AI system called REDMOD identified hidden signs of pancreatic cancer an average of 475 days before diagnosis, according to ScienceDaily. It was nearly twice as sensitive as experienced radiologists. The researchers say spotting these changes early could greatly improve survival for one of the deadliest cancers.
