NASA released a 360-degree view of Neretva Vallis in Mars' Jezero Crater, stitched from 217 images taken by the rover's Mastcam-Z on May 20, 2024. The site was once a river channel that fed fresh water into the crater, though it is now wind-swept and dusty. A separate NASA feature by a Purdue University graduate student describes the rover's study of an olivine outcrop called Idubi and a contact between distinct rock types.
