Ukrainian long-range strikes on Oct. 24-25 hit Russian defense-linked industry, including the Avisma titanium plant in Perm region and the Energiya battery plant in Yelets, Lipetsk region. Drones also hit the Omsky Kauchuk chemical plant in Omsk, more than 2,500 km away, and central Belgorod, where a large fire broke out. The Moscow Times reported four to five deaths in Belgorod and Lipetsk. Perm's governor said 11 drones were downed and minor damage occurred. Ukraine's General Staff also reported hits on radars in Belgorod region and command posts in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts.
