Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said Russia will not engage in serious negotiations while it believes it can force Kyiv to capitulate. He said pressure must stay focused on Russia as the aggressor. His remarks came as Moscow signalled readiness to resume trilateral talks with Ukraine and the US, and he responded to Yuri Ushakov's comments on US pressure on Ukraine.
