Uganda will require citizens returning from DR Congo to undergo a 21-day quarantine, BBC World reported on Sunday. The measure is part of the country's response to the Ebola outbreak in the neighbouring country. Uganda will also not allow most travellers who have been in DR Congo to transit through the country, according to the same report.
