A regional affairs analyst said on Monday that talks in Tehran involving Saudi Arabia and its defense partners may be a final diplomatic opportunity before a collective military response. Iran International reported the assessment amid attacks on Saudi territory and threats of renewed US-Iran fighting. The analyst's remarks, as reported by Iran International, frame the talks as a possible last window for diplomacy. The report does not name specific negotiators, agreed terms, or the parties that carried out the attacks on Saudi territory, and no other outlet's account was available to confirm the assessment.
