Yemen's Houthis said on Tuesday they launched a ballistic missile attack on Saudi Arabia's Ras Tanura oil refinery, causing a fire according to their military spokesperson Yahya Saree. The Saudi authorities have not confirmed the attack. Separately, a Houthi political bureau member called Egypt's parliamentary approval of military support for Saudi Arabia a declaration of war, though no request for aid has yet been made. The moves extend Houthi escalation against Saudi Arabia since September.
