Egypt, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates aligned with Greece to denounce a Turkey-Libya maritime accord as a threat to regional security and international law, Reuters reported from Athens. Libya's eastern parliament last week approved the 2019 maritime boundaries deal. Greece and Cyprus had already condemned the accord as infringing on their maritime claims in the eastern Mediterranean.
