The United Kingdom is launching a spacecraft fitted with giant claws to clean up space junk, with the mission slated to launch in 2029. Smithsonian Magazine reported that the craft is designed to drag two dead satellites into Earth's atmosphere, where they are expected to disintegrate. The mission is due to be completed by 2032, and the public has been invited to help name the first-of-its-kind spacecraft.
