Russian attacks on energy infrastructure have left Konotop in Sumy Oblast without power since October 24, Ukrainska Pravda reported. Most of the city is also without gas, the hospital is relying on generators, and water is supplied on a schedule. Repair officials have given no forecast for restoring power to the city.
