At least two people were killed in Ukrainian attacks in western Russia, regional officials said, while strikes against Kyiv left one person dead. The deaths came as a localized ceasefire began around Oleshky in Kherson Oblast. The Moscow Times reported both sets of strikes on the same day as the humanitarian mission began.
