The EU Council adopted a package of eight decisions allowing funds to be used for Ukraine under the European Peace Facility. The package partially reimburses EU countries for the cost of military assistance provided to Ukraine, totaling 4.7 billion euros. Ukrinform reported the decisions on October 27.
