A California appeals court on Tuesday upheld Danny Masterson's 2023 rape convictions and his 30-year-to-life prison sentence, rejecting all of his arguments. In an 89-page ruling, a three-judge panel dismissed claims including that the trial judge was biased against Scientology. Masterson, the former That '70s Show star, plans to take the fight to the state Supreme Court, and his attorneys criticized the court for allegedly ignoring key evidence.
