Rockstar's UK developers will vote on recognizing the IWGB Union at Rockstar in November, around the release of Grand Theft Auto 6. The union covers UK staff including those at Rockstar North in Edinburgh, lead developer on the game. If recognized, it would give workers a stronger voice on pay, bonuses, overtime and generative AI after months of negotiation with management. Separately, GTA 6 coverage included a reported 210GB PlayStation file size for the $80 standard edition, preloading from November 12, an Edge magazine feature due October 29, a Virgin Media paid-play contest in Ireland, and a Cliff Richard resurgence after a song appeared in the Netflix extended look.
