Israeli forces continue an operation in Hebron launched last week after Palestinian gunmen killed two soldiers. The Hebron municipality said about 5,000 residents are still affected, and six people have been detained in nearby villages. The IDF said footage of a soldier beating a Palestinian detainee is under review. Haaretz argued that soldiers are carrying out expulsions under the guise of military operations.
