Microsoft reported record first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue of $92.3 billion, up 19%, with net income of $33.6 billion, on October 28, 2026. The company disclosed Azure revenue of $33.2 billion for the first time in dollars. Microsoft also said it earned $10 billion from commercial arrangements with OpenAI in the quarter ending September 30, and it split its reporting into two new segments.
