Norway's government announced on Tuesday, October 27, that it will provide 500 million kroner, nearly $54 million, in energy support for Ukraine ahead of winter. Ukrinform reported the pledge, which is aimed at helping Ukraine's energy system cope with the cold season. The announcement adds to continuing international assistance for Ukraine's power infrastructure, which has been a recurring target of Russian strikes.
