The Netherlands will provide Ukraine about €1.2 billion, roughly $1.3 billion, in non-military aid through 2029 for recovery and reconstruction, Dutch officials said during a visit to Kyiv. Ukrainska Pravda reported the package as €1.2 billion over three years, while The Kyiv Independent put it at $1.3 billion through 2029; both describe the same pledge. Dutch Foreign Trade Minister Sjoerd Sjoerdsma said support for recovery 'can't wait for a ceasefire', and Zelenskyy was due to meet the Dutch prime minister and King Willem-Alexander on October 28.
