A former employee of Roskomnadzor, Russia's internet censorship agency, who was responsible for blocking websites, is now lead developer of AIVPN, a service that helps users bypass such blocks, The Bell reported. The reporting was by Maria Kolomychenko. The report did not describe any response from authorities.
