Nova group subsidiary NovaPay Invest has applied to acquire a 100% stake in BTA Bank, the Ukrainian subsidiary of a Kazakh bank, Kyiv Post reported. Nova plans to use the license to build a financial inclusion bank offering retail deposits and loans. The application is pending and no approval was reported.
