Palestinian farmers in the occupied West Bank are speaking out against the extensive use of drones by Israeli settlers and the Israeli military, France 24 reported. Activists and researchers say the practice is aimed in part at monitoring new Palestinian construction. France 24 reported that in 2026 the Israeli government allocated 50 million shekels, over 14 million euros, to outposts and settlements in the West Bank for so-called security equipment. Residents quoted in the report said they feel constantly watched.
