South Korea's National Security Adviser Wi Sung-lac said Seoul is still considering options for a possible deployment to the Strait of Hormuz, including a maritime patrol aircraft, Reuters reported. He said talks with Washington are continuing, and a combat deployment has been ruled out in line with President Lee Jae Myung's earlier announcement. Wi made the remarks during a parliamentary audit, and no final decision has been announced.
