Russia's FSB and Internal Affairs Ministry said on October 29, 2026, that Ukrainian intelligence agencies have increasingly used the Davyinchik chatbot on Telegram to recruit Russian youths for sabotage. Kyiv Post reported that Russian authorities claim to have arrested almost 60 such individuals since July of last year. The claims come from Russian security agencies and have not been independently verified.
