Russian drones struck an educational institution in Kharkiv early on October 29, 2026, Ukrainian reports said. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported strikes in the Saltivskyi and Kholodnohirskyi districts, including a fire at another impact site. Kyiv Post reported that a series of Russian strikes on Wednesday killed a man at a civilian enterprise in Rivne region and injured civilians in Dnipro, Chernihiv and Sumy region.
