US Secretary of State Marco Rubio is hosting G20 foreign ministers, including Russia's Sergei Lavrov, for talks on Friday in Atlanta, Georgia, that are expected to be fractious. Al-Monitor reported that the wars in Ukraine and Iran and surging energy prices are fanning discord among members. The meeting comes days before US midterm elections and will set the stage for a December G20 leaders' summit in Miami at President Donald Trump's Doral resort.
