Iran's deputy energy minister announced plans for a joint Iran-Belarus power plant repair center and said Iran is ready to export MAPNA-built gas turbines and wind equipment to Tatarstan, Tehran Times reported. Separately, Iran's Minister of Transport and Urban Development called for expanded economic and transport cooperation with Turkey. Tehran Times also reported that the Energy Ministry plans to build 6,000 megawatts of new renewable power plants, with a push to localize equipment supply.
