Israel refused entry to an international delegation heading to a Progressive International congress in Ramallah, where it planned to accompany Palestinian farmers during the olive harvest. Delegates said they were questioned and given no reason for the refusal. The Jerusalem Post reported the account from delegates, and the report did not include an Israeli government response.
