Green Bay beat Carolina on Thursday night, October 29, behind two touchdowns from Josh Jacobs, though the Panthers made it close late. Receiver Christian Watson was taken to a hospital for what the team called precautionary reasons with a chest injury in the first half, then returned to the game. Carolina, 3-3 entering the game, had been dealing with offensive line problems and a shaky run defense.
