Russia's Justice Ministry added the Platform for Dialogue with Russian Democratic Forces at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the independent publisher Vidim Books to its registry of undesirable organizations, Meduza and The Moscow Times reported on October 30. The exile delegation was set up earlier this year to represent the anti-Kremlin opposition at Europe's leading human rights body. The designation is the latest step by Russian authorities against independent and exile organizations.
