A new school in the Aubrey Independent School District in Texas has been named after Marilyn Hampton, a longtime custodian known as Miss Marilyn. Good News Network reported that she was honored with the naming. Hampton worked as a custodian for the district for many years. The honor was presented to her in a public recognition that she described as greater than anything she had imagined.
