A magnitude 4.5 quake struck the Philippines at 10:24 UTC with no people affected within 100 km, and a magnitude 5.1 quake struck the Balleny Islands Region at 10:12 UTC with no people affected within 100 km. A magnitude 4.6 quake struck Russia at 08:45 UTC at a depth of about 44 km, with GDACS estimating about 40 thousand people within 100 km. None of the alerts reports any damage, injuries or deaths.
