Selma Blair posted a video apology on Friday, October 30, for an October 11 incident in which she allegedly injured a flight attendant and kicked a nurse after being removed from a plane at JFK airport. The 54-year-old actress faces two state charges of second-degree assault, pleaded not guilty and was released on bail. In the video she said she is sorry and never intended to hurt or scare anyone. It was her first public comment on the case in nearly three weeks.
