Reese Witherspoon's production company Hello Sunshine has cut about 50% of its employees after she bought it back earlier this month. She reacquired the banner from Blackstone-backed Candle Media, which took a controlling stake in 2021, with support from Mediawan, reportedly for a fraction of the $900 million valuation.
