Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Istanbul on October 31 for talks with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on bilateral cooperation, diplomacy and Black Sea shipping security. Zelensky said there were important issues concerning shipping in the Black Sea and real diplomatic prospects.
