Ukraine's Defense Forces used attack drones and Neptune missiles in an overnight strike on the Kamensky chemical plant in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov region, the General Staff announced on October 31. The attack ignited a finished goods warehouse and damaged four production workshops. Kyiv Post reported that the plant synthesizes solid rocket propellant for Uragan, Smerch and Tornado-S artillery rocket systems and air-launched munitions.
