According to the October 2026 RRR4U monitoring report, Ukraine unlocked 2.9 billion euros from the EU under the Ukraine Facility and met requirements for a 3.7 billion euro Ukraine Support Loan. Macro-financial assistance worth 5.8 billion euros, including 4.8 billion euros affected by parliamentary delays, remains at risk, along with IMF and World Bank structural benchmarks.
