A Russian Shahed drone struck a house in the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv overnight, causing a fire and damage to around 10 residential buildings and a car. The attack took place in the early hours of October 31. Ukrinform reported that three people were injured and 10 residential buildings were damaged. Ukrainska Pravda reported that five people were injured, and said the drone also damaged a car.
