A Russian strike on the city of Pavlohrad in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast injured eight people, including three children, on October 31. Ukrainska Pravda reported the injuries and damage to several apartment buildings. Ukrinform separately reported three injured and damaged apartment buildings in the same city, a lower casualty count than Ukrainska Pravda's figure. The outlets do not explain the difference.
